This is only for extremely rare occasions when there is no internet, your phone was dead, or an outing. 

Parents are notified of your hours reported via Session Adjustment Form so they can confirm these hours. 

Reporting false hours is against State and Federal law, respite uses both State and Federal funds, false reporting may be subject to investigation by State and Federal Medicaid Fraud Departments.
